Q. Are the projections guaranteed?
A. Our projections are based on actual results generated at existing trials. We cannot guarantee your income as each franchisee will choose their own commitment level.
Q. Can I choose the price to charge for courses?
A. We will agree prices with you and ensure that they are right for your territory.
Q. What venues are used to run classes?
A. Schools, community centres, village halls, dance studios, hotels. Anywhere that is suitable.
Q. What training will I receive?
A. Initially a 5 day course where you receive all the training you need to run a successful franchise.
Q. What support will I get from SlimDance?
A. Marketing, online and offline, local and national. Business support, guidance and advice.
Q. Do I need to employ staff?
A. We recommend that you have an assistant trained up within 6 months of starting your business, so that you can maximise your territory and have holiday cover.
Q. Is there an age limit?
A. No. As long as you deliver classes to the SlimDance standard it doesn’t matter what age you are.
Q. Can I sell my franchise in the future?
A. Yes, and most likely for a good profit.
Q. Are SlimDance members of the British Franchise Association?
A. Not currently. However it is our intention to become members. In developing the SlimDance Franchise we have used the services of Business Options, one of the UK’s leading BFA Franchise Consultancies and Mundays Solicitors who are BFA accredited and sit on the BFA’s legal committee.
Q. Will I be able to get Bank funding to buy the SlimDance Franchise?
A. Yes. We have presented the SlimDance Franchise to the 3 bfa (British Franchise Association) accredited banks: Lloyds TSB, HSBC and NatWest /RBS all of whom have approved SlimDance Franchisee funding subject to individuals status.
